Tax Expert was helpful

This program is easy to use. I did have one question which I had to ask a Tax Expert, and she was able to find the answer for me while I was on the phone with her. I could not find the answer online or in the Turbo Tax online support function. This service was useful because otherwise I would have had to guess, which is not something I like to do with my taxes.

Why doesn't TurboTax Business Import 1099's??

It sucks that you can't import your 1099's from your broker in this version of TurboTax (TurboTax Business). It requires way too much work at tax knowledge to find and enter everything, especially Foreign dividends.

Not able to upload previous year return.
Had to enter same address for every partner. It would be nice to have an option of copying previous address or have AI help.

No state e-file of business taxes.

I completed my taxes with no problems. However, it didn't e-file to the state. It gave me no instructions on how to e-file with the state.

There is no State tax in FLORIDA

Some of the questions are not worded in an easily understandable way.....and....
For the love of all things holy...Why do you ask me, year after year, if I want to purchase and file my state taxes in the state of FLORIDA? There is no State tax in FLORIDA....I would think for all the programming you do on this product that it would be a simple thing to not ask FLORIDIANS if they want to do their STATE taxes! NO STATE TAXES IN FLORIDA....SERIOUSLY!!!!
