No Mac-based QuickBooks import. Many of the questions require a deep dive into understanding tax code - not like the personal TurboTax guides at all.

Waste of money

Full of bugs. Immediately after purchase get a notification that have to wait for update to file. Several forms for filing were completely blank. If I have to fill things out by hand, what is the point of the software. Should have used Taxcut.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Very Straightforward and Easy to Use

It was fine- logical and straightforward overall. I chose Turbotax for our small LLCs even if it costs a little more. My only issue is the failure to have an easy upload from Quickbooks desktop 2020 or allow an Excel upload. It seems that Intuit has really tried to discourage people who bought their desktop products from being able to keep using them.

TurboTax Business Needs Work

For several years, TurboTax Business generates errors that have to be corrected by overrides. Even though these errors have been identified by multiple users, TurboTax fails to correct their program. Namely, these errors concern improperly transferring royalties from the federal 1065 to the PA 65 as business income plus TurboTax fails to complete Block L, Partners Capital Account Analysis, on forms K-1.
