Could use improvement

Help seems to be missing from the more complex subjects. I expect more than just to be referred to the IRS Form instructions (otherwise, what's the point here, just up-selling me professional help). TaxAct seems to have better embedded help.
Last year I used TaxAct, this year I thought to try TurboTax Business. I may go back to TaxAct for 2025
Consumer product (Deluxe, Premier, etc) allow itemization of costs to be entered in a simple form that opens, and does the math accordingly. It let's you indefinitely add items and their value, which gets summed automatically (e.g., for adding up expenses). That feature is missing here.

Awesome product, but I want a physical disk

I couldn't give you a 5 out of 5 because you discontinued physical disks as an option. I did not have any problems this year, but I've experienced some serious problems with downloaded software during the past 13 or 14 years that I have used your products. I purchase two of your more expensive products each year and nearly decided to change due to the "Download-Only" policy you adopted this year.

Need quick link to TurboTax business download

It's really frustrating that turbotax.com does not clearly guide you to TurboTax business download option. I spent an entire day in the Assisted Version only to get to the $500+ fee at the end and realize I still had to download the kit for my computer. Incredibly deceptive at worst. Customer UNfriendly at best.
