Upselling Really Devalues the Product

We didn't think we had to file Texas state taxes, but Turbo Tax said we did and charged us over $50 to add that on. Then, we answered a few questions and it said we didn't have to file and we could call the support line to get a refund. What a waste of our time on an already overpriced product. Do better, TurboTax!

Overall I like TurboTax. But there are a couple of issues that could be more clear. First, In the Personal 1040 it asks you to fill in the K-1 informtion. The instructions don't say that the K-1 is generated after you complete the Federal Business, S Corp Return. And second, after I am told to e-file, I am instructed that I must also print and send in forms that I am supposed to print. The form is the "Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2024 Federal Tax Return" and it does not say where I should mail this one page form. Very confusing, please advise me on this. Thank you

State return is still a bit confusing. I believe that Arkansas still does not allow an efile for corporate tax returns. However I was not warned of this. I was last year and it made it simple.

Now my returns have been properly filed where it had taken me days to no avail.
