The AI used for search is not helpful when it comes to finding specific things or answering specific questions. Otherwise the program is easy to use and easy to jump into different sections when needed.

Turbo tax is a great product, BUT...

the lack of compatibility between various Intuit products, i.e.: QBO, TTd/TTo and that the help is disparate, i.e.: for tax related issues, contact someone else, or, this issue is related to our sister product, contact their help desk.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Overall, pretty decent. But one annoying flaw

Overall, it handled the taxes just fine. The prompts address most situations that the vast majority of taxpayers will face. But an incredibly annoying omission is that for some text fields, it will not tell you there is a problem, nor what the problem is. But it will go round and round not letting you move away until you "fix" something.
