HOT Garbage

My taxes aren't even complicated and this software wasn't able to appropriately guide me. I had to end up overriding and customizing some things on my own. This software is way overpriced for what you get. It appears as if they have leaned into dev with AI and it shows, the quality of the product has degraded. Some very basic information wasn't carried over from my last year's tax return. And as I type this review into this text field my characters keep on getting changed. Utterly bottom tier product made by a bottom tier company. Intuit Lobbyists need to be axed.

TurboTax Business 1041 software is inferior

In my opinion, TurboTax Business is below standard in comparison to the mainline TurboTax 1040 software products. Definitely not as polished; it is more like the old Win3.1 versions. In-program topic information is not as good as the 1040 programs. I used the CA state fiduciary program as well, but also seemed clunky and review for the CA return did not work well. At one point in the review it indicated that I could not e-file the CA return, but when I got to e-filing it indicated it could. In the end the program got itself in a loop with the CA review so I had to turn off CA e-file to be able to e-file the Federal; I then was able to print the CA to mail in. I also needed the Nebraska 1041N state software but Intuit did not offer it; a big disappointment.

NO ILLINOIS STATE Business FILING Support?

I PAID for Illinois business STATE e-filing and the software just states: "You have no returns eligible for e-filing." "The returns cannot be filed electronically." What kind of crap is this?

Amazing Experience Filing my SCORP Return

I had a wonderful experience! I got a chance to speak with a expert EA who helped me with my return. Shane was very kind, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I enjoyed learning more about my return and how to complete it. Its such a blessing when you can speak to people who love working with others. She is definitely a huge asset to the company.

Turbo tax for an estate

Very easy to use. One comment: on the signature page for electronic transmittal: it was not easy to determine if additional forms (940, 941, 944, etc) were required as there was no explanation of what those forms were (I'm not a tax professional - was just doing an estate tax return as executor of a will). Otherwise, for the very simple return i had to do, it did the job.

TT Business Desktop Version is Solid Performer

The product purchase was straight forward given purchase in prior years. The software download was fairly quick. The prior year's tax data transferred perfectly. The questions were clear to enter the new year's data. The filing process worked well. The price was a bit high, more than other TT online options. I wonder why this product has not moved to the less expensive online format.

Went through the entire online version to get to the end where it said the cost was $600 dollars I had to go back and redo my whole returns through this since there was now way to downgrade the online version since I did not use any expert help this year
