Worst experience ever!!! I want my money back.

I've been doing my taxes for over 20 years including personal, business, and trust. This year was my worst experience ever. I kept getting stuck with unclear directions, boxes that wouldn't let me type in them, etc. I finally had to delete my schedule E and start it over. This felt as if I was working on forms on my own if not worse. I worked on this all night long. It's after 12 NOON now and I just got done. Worst EVER. And the most expensive program I've used up to now.

Estate taxes are not easy

Very hard to follow the order of which forms need to be completed first. Kept having to go back and forth. But after many hours I was able to complete the process.

TurboTax is soooooo user friendly!

I have used TurboTax deluxe edition in the past for my and my family's personal tax returns. I had to add the Business version this year for an Estate Return, and it was just as easy to use/understand as the previous version with which I was familiar.
