It gets the job done

I've used TT for decades and their products are so simple to use. With that being said, the look and feel of the business package is so 1990s. Other than that the tool is pretty straightforward and simple enough. But sometimes upgrading and installing is clunky

first time using business desktop, very unimpressed. Unable to import my 1099s so I had to hand enter data and lacks support for my state, very little help along the way for a first time user

Not able to interface/tra with Quickbooks online makes it very challenging. Deslyop version is too expensive.
