Business downloadable software is a challenge

As a complex family trust, trustee, I found it difficult to use the downloded software. Also, I was not informed that I could not e-file until after you requested the Declaration to e-file. I had to rush to the post office to get the return submitted in time.

Helped with federal, not state

This is a messy solution for 2026. I could understand if this was 2020, but we are in the age of AI and I have all of my Books Data on QBO.. None of that will come over. Sad.

Turbo Tax was very helpful. This was my first year doing the taxes for my family trust, and I was a little nervous. But I've used Turbo Tax before for my personal taxes, and it was just as easy.
