Great experience filing a Trust return

My Trust return was rather simple this year compared to last year and TurboTax made it really easy.

Turbo Tax Business for estate filing NOT Recommend

Turbo Tax Business for Estate filing was disappointing. It did not allow electronic transfer of doc from banks or investment firms like it does in personal version. It is not as easy to follow nor does it have needed explanations along the way. I would not recommend TT Business for estate filings Nor does it have the require state filing software. For the price, should have went to professional

Interview for information pages did not retain information given. A problem occurs when the fiduciary is different from the grantor of a grantor trust. Had to over-ride information using forms - step by step would not allow the proper names to be input.
Program insists on creating K-1 then says it had to be a partnership to generate them-- although they are not needed for tax filing.

Glitchy on state return for trust taxes

This kept spitting out incorrect forms on the state return, had to correct it numerous times and still spit out a K-1 when not needed.
