No way to import Brokerage documents, require to manually type every transaction. Painful experience. Many help section not useful. Asking use IRS forms. For the amount of money being paid for the software, lots of research had to be done.

Still buggy and hard to use. Throws you into a loop asking for beneficiary information on California return but does not offer correct input location.

This program is garbage. Instead of asking questions to determine which forms are needed, it asks "do you need any other forms?" I DON'T KNOW, THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO TELL ME! It also wouldn't load updates, I had to do manual workarounds in order to be able to e-file. H&R Block's tax software is far superior.

No very intelligent.

Not very intelligent. Got stuck in error loop that was difficult to trouble hoot and stopped me from filing. Had to rely on outside AI help and read a bunch of help articles to work through the issue. Wasted a lot of time.
