Can download the software but there is no way to p

When going to the TurboTax website (www.turbotax.com) it was easy to download the Business software but there was no way to purchase the software and get the access key. You must be losing a tonnnn of business.

Disappointed it missed critical information

My business return was incomplete - was missing asset sale dates and the error check did not highlight it. The proceeds did not show up in the Schedule K either. I only noticed this when I was preparing to file the individual returns. I had to amend the returns and Turbo Tax does not support e-filing amended returns.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. TAKES TOO LONG, IF YOU WANT HELP THEY WANT MORE MONEY. SUPPOSED TO BE A CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE THEN HIRING A CPA BUT AT THE END IT ADDS UP. IF YOU WANT HELP YOU EITHER PAY FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICE WHICH THEY KEEP CHARIGING MORE AND MORE EACH TIME YOU ADD MORE DOCUMENTS OR THEY REALIZE YOU MAKE MORE MONEY.

Easy to use

ease to use especially with the help of ChatGpt. I was able to navigate both business tax return and personal tax return. The number were accurate and confirm with help of Quickbooks analysis and ChatGpt. The software work well with windows 11. no issues during the install and while i was using it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Needs to be seriously updated

TurboTax Business, used for a simple Trust: When I filed, it e-filed my federal, but didn't even tell me that I needed to snail-mail the Connecticut return. If I hadn't read through the PDF, I wouldn't have known (other than it didn't mention state when e-filing). It also didn't offer the option of printing just the state return; it appears that you need to send the federal to the state - but it doesn't say that. It doesn't warn you if you distribute principal that you need to re-characterize as a complex trust for the year (it doesn't ask about principal).
