Dissapointed this year again

No win10 or Android support for desktop turbotax. Had to purchase a new win11 computer to do my taxes. Consider developing an Android version of turbotax. Could not pull last year's turbotax from old win10 to new win11 computer to use as a basis for this year's turbotax. Big dissapointment. Main reason that I use turbotax is this ability. Still no online version for sub-chapter S 1120S tax forms. So I'm guessing you don't plan on moving 1120S to online? It's been years now. Disappointed again. Ridiculous amount of advertising the online version THAT HAS NO SUB-CHAPTER S SUPPORT! Turn the advertising off when it's not a solution. You're losing me as a customer year by year. Hire some people or use an LLM that can improve and support these issues.

Turbo Tax needs a complete rewrite!

Worst year filing yet!! Turbo Tax tells me a form is missing....Well, why didn't Turbo Tax generate it? Entering interest and dividends is very cumbersome with unneccessary scrolling up and down. Import does not work if a person is trustee of two different trusts! Info is mixed on the returns.

Turbotax Business has some deficits

turbotax is being used for a trust and it doesn't download 1099 information at all. It has to be typed in. And it doesn't handle 1099 R info as it's own form. After using turbotax for personal for years, I'm really disappointed in the way the business software for trusts work.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Poor guidance provided for an estate taxreturn

TurboTax business does not provide much guidance for filling out an Estate Income Tax return. It often asks for information with no links to explain what was required. Often it seemed necessary to leave answer boxes blank, but this was not clear from the instructions.

The Turbo Tax process is always easy and this time I had to do a Trust return and it turned out to be easy also.

You have made the forms too complicated. If I make a change on one data input, it does not carry over to other fields where that data is required. Instead of making computations, you show a long list of items required and often tell the taxpayer to fill out the form and make the computations. Instead of giving directions or filling in data, you includes screens that tell the Taxpayer to pay extra for advice.
