One drive conflicted my E-file.

It's very convenience soft. However, I could not send my return by E-files due to conflict by One Drive.
Therefore, I sent my return by certified mail...

Awful product for Trusts

Needed for a Trust. Would not download info from my broker. Would not file for the state of Oregon for the Trust. Help topics not always helpful. Basically near useless for a Trust.

Love the step by step questions to navigate filing. However the help options are more limited in the desktop option and it required I use other online resources to navigate the questions. the online version is more updated and offers more resources.

Problems and frustrations

I had to ammend a return I prepared with this product. It doesn't seem to know what to do once I complete the changes and isn't helpful in working through the ammended return filing process since it won't let me efile but won't let me print a copy to send to the state since state requires efiling.
Also I had to move the product to a different computer and it took me over 1`0 minutes to get throught the CAPTCHA process only to tell me it expired when I stepped away from the computer for a few minutes and I had to restart the gods damned proccess. Last year using turbotax for business and personal returns!
