You tell me the return is complete multiple times but when I go to file it you tell me there are errors. Make up your mind

I am happy to see that I can override certain information but the return will still be efiled. This has been a significant problem in the past versions (individual, too)

Federal is fine, state needs work

Generally, does a decent job, however the NC state return has a bug that you CANNOT get around. In NC, if you have a partner that lives outside the state, it seems to think you need to fill out the apportionment section of the form, even if all business was in NC. It automatically fills in the special apportionment formulas field with a 0. Once that field in the worksheet has a number (even a zero), it insists that you MUST fill out the apportionment section. Even after selecting No to this option, you cannot clear the field (it will put the zero back in), so you end up in a loop. It was the only issue, so I saved the return and modified the page in a pdf editor, then printed it since in NC you have to mail it. Never did get it fixed.

I wish there is a help area connected to an AI agent so users can ask/review their questions/responses.

Reviews do not matter.

Review does not matter. I fill this out every year and you never make any changes, such as allowing import of financial data from financial institutions (e.g., for Trusts) as you do for human beings having accounts at the same exact places. You have the technology -- you just refuse to incorporate it.
