Software Logic doesn't work as designed.

Purchased turbo tax business license and once you have met the 5 efile federal maximum, I am unable to file one more state efile return even though I have not selected to do so for the Federal return. the interface selection is not coded properly and doesn't work as designed.

Turbotax is bait and switch

This is the glitchiest software ever. It doesnt integrate with online which is just a scam. If desktop version is better why was i tricked into paying for and using quickbooks online????

Very poor guidance.

The tool does not provide details about what an issue is to correct it. It brings up a screen showing the page with issue, but won't allow you to make a change on that screen. Then it doesn't show where find the form information in the tool. Also in the trust tool, it required a wet sign to process the filing, but it never told you that was what was keeping the file from being filed. Really poor guidance.

Download is great - online version terrible

Thank god there is a download - don't want online version. Terribly difficult to find on the website and the user interface on the turbotax website is terrible. Had to call to find out how to get download.
