Great product balance sheet was a challenge

I have used Turbo Tax products for years - maybe it was upgrading to Win11, but I had problems getting through the balance sheet, rest was easy.

The help is very poor compared to doing my personal taxes.
Import of Brokerage should be available.
When it finds errors they are difficult to correct.

Turbo Tax is Awesome but I hate paying more

I hate that Turbo Tax requires me to purchase the Business package simply because I need to file a 1041 because my Dad left me monies in a Trust. I have one IRA and a house in the Trust. Frustrating. I also have to purchase Premier package since I have investments for my 1040 filings. I wish Trust filing was an option in Premier.

Trust software was great!

TurboTax Business is very helpful for producing my family's trust tax return. I have used another large commercial tax software for business and it was never this user friendly. Thank you

As if taxes weren't confusing enough...

Some frustrations with the transition to Windows 11 meant set-up was stressful. When using the pop-up window to add on state returns, the box to click to proceed is located too low on the screen to be visible if your computer has a toolbar/taskbar pinned to the screen. The window cannot be moved or adjusted, requiring going into my settings to hide the taskbar in order to proceed.
