Unfortunately married to Quickbooks/TurboTax

If you can find any other program to use, do it. Or just pay a CPA. Trying to figure out how to file your partnership return with TurboTax will be a stressful event. Even if you buy TurboTax because you think you can import your Quickbooks file good luck. The one year I was able to import my Quickbooks file, I apparently had all the accounts mapped wrong for taxes and it was a nightmare to undo all of that. Basically, you hear that Quickbooks/TurboTax is the program for beginners and that's incorrect.

Overall, I love TurboTax. The system really makes completing a return a simple process. The one problem I encountered is more fully described below. One other issue is that as I began to print my returns, I was told that the return contained an error; however, when I went to complete the return, the error message disappeared. So, I don't really know if I have an error or not. In reviewing the returns, I don't see anything obvious.
