TurboRax is awesome for easy returns

The desktop version allows me to prepare and e-file up to 5 federal returns for one price, making it much more cost-effective than online for multiple businesses. I appreciate the ability to switch to "Forms Mode" to directly edit and review the tax forms before filing.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax no longer user friendly

I've been using turbo tax for a lot of years and the changes you've made to this program are terrible! It's no longer easy to use and I will look for a different product next tax season. i can no longer see the progress of my return, the forms button is gone. something to do with windows 10 as well made my previous years incompatible. I'm not happy with turbo tax at all.

No Apportionment Module

Schedule R is not automatically available. I have to open schedule R and manually fill in and complete those pages. Then, Turbotax review states that my entries are overrides, which they are, and should be removed, which they should not be removed.

Business desktop software is worth the struggle

This is my 3rd year using TurboTax Desktop Software. Each year has not gotten easier lol! (I second guess myself & have constant interruptions so it makes it a little more challenging for me haha) This year I did make I believe 3 calls for help and was surprised but pleased to find each representative to be very positive, patient, understanding, & made sure they went above & beyond to get my answers or complete the task I was having trouble with.
