TurboTax for Business state e-file does not work

E-filing in California does NOT work. There is an extensive thread (https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/turbotax-business-validation-error-code-54-so-we-cannot-efile/00/3748119) on your own website documenting the problem that I and many others experienced. I ended up printing and physically mailing my state return because the problem was never resolved. I'm very disappointed with TurboTax for Business, considering how much it costs.

Worked well for me. Second year I've used it. Bought the previous year's program after a glitchy competitor's program had me stuck for 5 weeks with errors that its customer support folks could not fix. I had trouble tickets but no solution and was running out of time. Late evening on the filing date WHILE ON A SUPPORT CALL WITH COMPETITOR STAFF, I panicked, bought/downloaded TurboTax Business for the desktop, started *** AND COMPLETED ** the tax forms, and e-filed before the deadline. The competitor's tech support still had made no progress resolving my trouble report when TurboTax had completed.
Funny, I did not review the ompetitor's product well.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Windows 10!

I ran this on Windows 10 and encountered no problems. I've used this for several years now and it gets easier by the year.

I now hate TurboTax

You required Windows 11 for this product and that required me to last minute purchase a new Windows capable PC. I had moved to Apple Mac, but because of your racket to force people to purchase, I had to spend $1,500. I hate you now and will never use you again.

CA Corporations needs fixing, esp re PTE payments

Your CA Corporations product needs significant improvements! Most importantly, include the PTE election and past PTE payments in the interview. And, allow us to file superseding returns with the FTB. I spent hours today fixing my return and going to the post office to file a superseding return because I forgot to include my PTE election and form, and your product didn't give me a space to enter that I paid a PTE payment for 2025 earlier. Your interview should ask:
- Did you make a PTE payment for TY2025?
- How much and when?
- Do you elect to make a PTE payment on behalf of any of your shareholders?
Then it should prepare the appropriate forms.
