Disappointed in the importing from Quickbooks

Nickel and diming each features/downloads

This year product pricing is confusing - one business software for K1 generation for LLC and requires separate downloads at an additional fee. Higher fee $55 - for CA - for an LLC you force us to buy LLC and partnership forms - nickle and diming fees- costs are getting high for us to continue to use Turbo tax

No AI, Many Issues for Expensive Tax Product

TurboTax charging $143 for this level of service is ridiculous. Business tax filing is already stressful, and the software made it worse by being unclear, confusing, and poorly explained at several key steps. Instead of giving users confidence during an important financial task, it created frustration and uncertainty.
What makes it even more embarrassing is that ChatGPT provided clearer and more useful guidance than a paid tax platform. For $143, users should expect clear instructions, reliable support, and a product that actually helps them file correctly. That is not what we got.
In an era where AI support is everywhere, it is hard to understand why TurboTax does not offer intelligent, step-by-step help built into the process. That alone could have prevented a lot of confusion.
The worst part was the actual filing experience. Even though our business has two shareholders, the forms only showed one, which caused errors and turned the entire process into a mess. After spending two hours trying to fix it, we had no choice but to start over from scratch. It was a nightmare.
Overall, this was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. For the price TurboTax charges, users deserve a product that works smoothly and supports them properly, not one that creates more problems than it solves.
