Turbotax is not working.

An efile was filed, and it was rejected because form 2553 was not file on time, now, turbotax business does not allow to file another return, if I try to file another return, it says that I cannot file no more than 5 returns electronically, eventhough only 4 returns have been efiled electronically.

I've been using TurboTax's Business edition for over 15 years. It has discontinued FREE (included with the software) tax help from a tax expert. The step-by-step no longer asks about certain topics (e.g. adding business assets). The software has minimal guidance, when TurboTax offers a link to "explain this".

Stop trying to sell unnecessary things

Constantly trying to upsell is lame and diminishes trust.
The software told me that I was "required" to purchase a NYC business tax form that we are not required to file by law being the income below the minimum threshold.
