Software and online account need to be linked

I've used turbo tax online to file for years and finally got the software because of a great discount. The fact that the online account is not linked to the software is very frustrating and not efficient. Reentering all the information that was stored online and tedious and time consuming.

Taxes made easy

Been using Turbo Tax for many years, both Business and Personal. They make it so easy to navigate around all the complicated laws, rules and terms. I didn't have to call support this year, but I have in the past, and they've been so patient while this very-not-accounting-savvy person tries to understand it all.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I took screenshot of each of turbo tax and went to Gemini to explanation that worked like a charm. Not sure how TT support would be as i used AI to fill the data

Not user friendly

Turbo Tax for business is not user friendly. If you are not good with numbers and taxes already, just use an accountant. Not for beginners or for complicated returns.

Program could not start.

I purchased the software and installed it on my pc, worked on tax return, then save it. Before I want to submit the e-file, I simply could not start the software. When I click the shortcut, It said "we need to check update..." then nothing happened. What a heck! I have to use AI to work on troubleshooting.
