Turbo Tax Business-No MAC version

I have been a Turbo Tax individual and business for 20 years. I became an Apple user 12 years ago. Ever since, Turbo Tax has let me down. No Turbo Tax business for Mac. Only exists for Micro (desk). Shame on Turbo Tax. Time to get Turbo Tax Business for MAC.

Customer support is great, but the software failed

This year I had a lot of issues with my Business CA tax return. I spoke with several specialists many times to figure out why their were errors (I have never had errors in the past). Eventually, after spending many hours on the phone cumulatively, they were able to identify it was a turbo tax software issue and I had to redo the CA State return, which finally fixed it. I will say the customer support people were FANTASTIC! Very professional and polite and personable. That made the whole ordeal a lot better.

Pain caused by software

Had problems with Members changes, couldn't get the percentages in unless I lied and claimed no changes.
It took me a long long time to figure this out to move forward and get the taxes done.

Cannot import from QB online

Cannot import from QB online. Intuit should also allow TurboTax business online for Wisconsin.
