Bugs in the program prevented me from e-filing

There is a bug in the program that prevented me from filing my return. I wasted an hour on the phone with the support people, who were useless and had no idea how to fix the problem.

Fiduciary Tax Return Program Fed and NYS

Product was very easy to use. The Federal section worked flawlessly the state version need some work; kept throwing up what looked like error messages that weren't was able to work past these and get the return completed.

Turbo Tax for Business needs improvement!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 30 years and I love it! I was extremely disappointed with Turbo Tax for Business as it did not allow for importing Forms 1099. This needs to be a standard feature of all Turbo Tax products. Afterall you have already created the software to do this. The other feature that needs to be included in Turbo Tax for Business is to allow for the election of principle only beneficiary distributions.

Worst version ever. Eliminated ability to add custom general expenses. There is ZERO guidance and have to use AI for answers. Very lazy version of the software. Might as well hire accountant. I have to find the answers myself.

As my title says, could be better. AI, might improve the experience when is related to carryover losses, information, etc.
