Simple and relatively quick if prepared

Headache for simplicity

The expert i 1st spoke to was horrible & had no idea what was going on. She was more concerned about having her music blasting i n the background. I asked her to turn off but she ignored me. Most others have are foreigners and difficult to understand.

Good help received from 3 different phone calls to customer service for Advantage account. had to wait 30 min. 2x so not ideal.

Turbo Tax Business is awful. .

Accuracy - terrible, have to wait until the final day to make sure all the updates are applied, so that there are correct numbers. Had to contact Turbo Tax for a grossly wrong calculation in early to mid February, specifically applying income tax rates to capital gains. One would expect that by mid February, or open to filing, all calculations would be tested, verified, and released.

Federal worked fine. Was unable to purchase state an was forced to use a fill-in return. Support was unable to correct the problem.

Turbo tax is getting more buggy

After I saved the return as suggested, I had to go fully back through the income/expense interview even though it was already complete. The review cycle seemed to loop a few times with no new information/issues.
