Does not work for state taxes

Told me I could file my state taxes electronically. I pay for the state tax. At the end it tells me I can't file it electronically.

Turbo Tax used to be designed for those of us who needed help understanding how to file properly. This program was very confusing and did not help answer questions at all. I pay money for it so I don't have to Google questions. There were parts of our taxes that were unclear when using this product. Parts were very confusing with little explanation available.

Used to be so Easy

I have been using TurboTax for years. No real problems with the functionality. I have a problem with the limitations on number of returns I can file. I help out family. That's it. As they get older, more have to file. I don't appreciate the limitations
