Loss of Owner Distribution aftr closing and reopen

Every time I reopen the file the program erases the distribution, yes, and then also the distribution amount. Now I have to refile because the k1 was missing this distribution. I have noticed that for the past 2 years it is making this error

AI Help SUCKS!!

The AI Help feature is SUPER BAD. It doesn't answer simple questions and provides useless and irrelevant answers. Previous years' help system was far more superior and useful. I want it back.

Product not great for LLCs. Too many quirks with having to go to forms; should be more straight forward.
