TurboTax Business Desktop Had an Issue

The software is OK, but I had a glitch when I updated the Federal Business Activity code in the Federal Return and it didn't flow over to he Alabama State return. Fortunately, Intuit has a great support staff and some excellent screen share capabilities. We were able to resolve it within 10 minutes.

very quick filing using S-corp desktop product

Filing my business taxes with the IRS and two states was very quick and easy this year. Due to an error on my part, I mistakenly purchased the S-corp desktop product twice. TurboTax was very quick to refund the duplicate payment after I contacted support. All returns were quickly accepted and the process only took a few hours.

Wish it had all States!
