Pretty easy to use

Its pretty easy to use until you get to the review part. You have to go into the forms and its not always straight forward as to what you need to do to correct the error and you get into a circle or trying to correct and getting the same error again. Kinda frustrating. I did resort to chatgpt for help on some items.

Worked fine, but every year I question why Turbotax Business is not smart enough to fill in my Ohio charter number from the previous year.

Because I was unable to file electronically I will probably not be using your software next year. By having to file manually I had extra expenses and time because of insuring timely delivery and authentication of delivery.

Navigation instructions improvement needed

Improve step by step instructions to cover ALL the forms that must be completed.
Add installment sales of prior years to Real Estate SUMMARY so that they are not forgotten
