I always use turbo tax

only disappointed that not everything transfers over and i keep on needing to look back to NOL from prior years etc.

Turbo tax still has some UI issues

Turbo tax fails to load share amount from previous year's information. Also asking for email on efiling could be autofed from user turbo tax account by defaut

Tax review Prior to e-filing is very confusing. We should be able to review the entire return immediately after completing the fed data entry.

Need connectivity between products

Turbo Business data should be able to be imported into the personal products withour requiring retyping everything. Make your products talk to ach other!

Good, but could still be better

On the whole, I'm happy with TurboTax, even though at times it's confusing where to put which amounts. My biggest issue this time around was needing support just to sign in and prove I'm not a robot. The desktop version clearly hasn't been optimized for large monitors, so beware if that applies to you. Even the customer service agent was stumped, but I'm thankful we finally got it taken care of. I'll probably still continue to use TurboTax for tax filing, but I will move to online version next year.

Mostly good. I use chatgpt to help me understand the forms. An AI link on your interface wud be helpful so I dont have to have a separate program open to help me.
