Nothing Better (at this price point)

TurboTax Business treats trust filings as an afterthought, but there isn't anything better on the market unless you want to spend a *lot* of money.

TURBO TAX IS ROUGH AT FIRST

Once I finally got the software downloaded for the s-corp it was easy to use. I did have to ask AI a few things, but got through it. I have used turbo tax for about 8-10 years and I'd like to think it gets easier.

Needs efile compatibility updates

Business Desktop does not support Efiling to States. I am very, very disappointed in this. The amount of dollars spent for multiple of your products and I have to take it somewhere else to have it efiled. That's a joke. You need to change this.

Barely Usable

The "explain this" explanations haven't changed for years and are not very helpful. I used ChatGPT alongside, giving it screenshots along the way and it was 10X more helpful in explaining things. There's also the annual issue of a screen coming up saying I owed a penalty when I didn't -- ChatGPT identified it as a "misleading" screen in which TurboTax sees I owe $1.50 per partner as a filing fee or something. How is this product not improving? Even this feedback form messes up and loses characters if I type too quickly while the "AI-generated Review Topics" tries to figure out which ones to select based on what I'm typing. Your software SUCKS and I can't wait until someone uses AI tools to build a competing product for businesses -- the bar is set very low by TurboTax Business!
