Turbo Tax easy to use

My first comment is that I think your software is too expensive however the process was easy as pie to do my Sub chapter S taxes

TurboTax leaves a lot to be desired

It doesn't work as well as it should for having been around for many years. A lot of areas do not follow the step-by-step instructions and it is hard to correct input.

Close.... not user friendly. Not Mac friendly.

There is not nearly enough "explanation" for filing in many forms and the "Help" and "Support" features are practically worthless. They provide almost no contextual help information but merely take you to their generic "support" webpage. I found it to be such a waste of time, that it was much easier to use Google or a an AI site (Perplexity) to search for clarification or answers.
Furthermore, I needed to file a State return but it cannot be e-filed. TurboTax cmptlydop e ball on this and did nt even "suggest" I print and mail a Stat eur (nor did it give the the instructions to d so!!). I know this from prior years, when I did print and mail my State return but TT did not include the Fed 1120S (which my State requires), causing me to have to file an amended State return.

TurboTax Is Riddled With Bugs!

EVERY ONE of my 3 returns (2 LLC and 1 personal) encountered bugs with the online version. Even with the expert help, I could not get around the bugs. One expert advised me to be the desktop version instead. Even the Business version could not read in a *.tax2025 file that it saved!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Good but could be better

I have used TurboTax Biz for many years to prepare returns for a couple of Trusts. It always does a Great Job, and I have not been audited. My two complaints are: 1. Having to pay SO MUCH for the very simple features use for simple Trust returns. Simple Trust returns should be part of PREMIER, and 2. That it is only available for Windows. I'm a Mac user and have to buy additional virtual machine software to be able to TurboTax BIZ

IL Partnership return is incomplete & inaccurate

You charge $55 for a state partnership return and it isn't even accurate or address all of the necessary items let alone transfer it form the federal return. I had to search and search and I know how it should be. I feel sorry for anybody that is relying on this program to be accurate!!!!!!!1
