Failure to resolve the transfer problem between Fe

Problem with converting Federal K-1 to the California State Form. The K-1 Worksheet was reporting 2 Shareholders and the Federal only 1 shareholder. This prevented the California Return from being filed via electronically.

Need to be CPA to use

This program unlike your personal tax software requires the user to know a lot about the tax code and is not user friendly. Way too many override or manual entry required. All in all, a very bad software.
