Easier each time

Turbo Tax gets easier each time I use it. Not sure if its me getting use to it or Turbo Tax getting more user friendly but likely a combination of both

Turbo Tax is good but more and more expensive

Went very smoothly. Most of my questions were handled within the program and when I did need extra help i was able to talk with someone on the phone fairly quickly. (10 min)
Knocked you down 1 star because I'm still irritated that your Home and Business Software doesn't handle the K-1's for my LLC and I have to buy the Business version as well.

Different bugs every year.

TurboTax has no improvements with all the AI advancement. It has different bugs compared to last year. It messed up my depreciation basis, I had to get help from ChatGPT to figure out how to fix it.

Bring back the CD....!!

Took 3-tries and 2-purchases to start my tax's...very upset. Suggest making a CD available for those who do not have 'putor skills. I've used TurboTax for over 25-yrs and very disappointed that it takes me so much time to do what was very easy with a CD disk. The elimination of the cover page with info on where to mail the returns was a shock,as i now have to look for the mailing address for the federal and state returns
