TurboTax helps you do the taxes reliably

I feel TurboTax wants to take over doing my taxes. I dont like that. I just like the step by step assistance that the software provides. I like to do my own taxes.

Still bearly usable, sad

Bearly usable still even at 2025. You still have to know 100% of the tax code to know if you've filled in everything correctly for your business. Took me googling to find where to jump to fiing an extension. Wasted 1/2 hr just on that simle step. You can jump to "other" and at the end is extention... :(

The Support People are Your Value

I greatly appreciate the quality of the tax and software experts you keep. Your software is very costly, especially since I must buy both the Business and the Personal Home and Business. If not for your people, it would not be worth it.

Been using Turbo Tax for 20+ years - love it

Always know what to expect when I download Turbo Tax. Never had a problem with it. I haven't needed support as it is very easy to use understand and the step by step explains exactly what is needed.

I am very happy with this software. I still bring up a copy of Form1065 instructions for the IRS website to review as I use the software.

Sometimes Partial help deserves an A

i had a great experience with support, thankfully a company who actually gives a phone number, and answers the phone!, the tech I had was super helpful, and answered all that she could, and then found another person with more clout to continue the process... In the end they could not help entirely my situation. but that didn't matter, the support was enough to make me continue purchasing the software.
