Very Frustrated but final worked!

Accuracy: The business program seems like it had a flaw as we could not get it to efile because of partnership questions that did not line up correctly with what was asked. The agent you had was wonderful and stayed with it going thru multiple options for at least 3 hours before we found one clicked box that made sense when asked but was the problem with it not efiling. Hale to Michelle in Alabama for staying with it. I think you should get with her and find out why it took so long to find the solution. 6 hours trying to get it fixed today is too long for an easy business. Otherwise I love Turbo Tax and now onto individual return.

Useful for preparing First Draft Return

The step by step guide is useful for creating first draft returns, but it is unnecessarily cumbersome to require revisiting each question with every instance of preparing the return. Most of answers should carry from prior year or at a minimum prompt what the response was for the prior year.

The most frustrating thing was being able to download the 2025 Business software, but having to go elsewhere to pay for it and get the license key to use it.

A few glitches

I use to generate Schedule K1s. Pretty easy except the software told me I hit my 5 filing limit when I only had completed 4. And it would not allow me to use actual dates that were later than the IRS due dates for my estimated tax pre payment for 2025. Also. had to go through 2 rounds of error checking where different errors were called out.

This was a lot harder than normal personal taxes, and the system can be a little buggy and less intuitive than personal turbotax. Still good, just a little harder.

Very easy to use

I have used this for years and it has been very easy to use. It's always up to date and make the whole process very simple. One of the best features is the autofill of your information from the previous year's return. You can change or add information as you go along.
