Easy experience. Several bugs from previous years where no longer an issue. 2 year filing EARLY. Who knew that was even possible!!

Online to Desktop nightmare

If you are trying to move from the Online to Desktop software, prepare for misery. They make it impossible to import or continue returns, even though it should be easy to do.

Just ok...

It can't search for characters in the forms mode which is poor feature. It has a number of other issues. The web version is vastly superior and also includes Electronic Signature options. Yes it can do the Corporate returns and seems to do the math properly but otherwise is moderately annoying to use.
