The software help section is very information and easy to understand. I was able to complete 4 business tax returns easily.

Took hard to download what you want cheaper prodct

i had to call support to figure out how to purchase the same product I have purchased for 20 years! took over 2 hrs to get download for my business taxes because there were no direct buttons only questions that lead me down rabbit holes with no end!!!
actual software and customer service rep Seth in Texas were wonderful as always but if the download isnt easier I will go with another company after all these years. All you pushed was the expert tax preparer for $445 instead of the $190 self guided version. you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

More Expensive, Fewer Features

Not having an integration with turbo tax online where in the past you had integrations with turbo tax business is a disservice. To make matters worse, you have forced desktop users to transition to QB online. I certainly plan to find an alternative accounting software in the future.

S-Corp Business State Return

I like TurboTax Business for Federal return. Would have rated 4.5 or 5 of 5. I am disappointed with NY State Return. Turbo tax Charges $55 each state and a lot of information is not even transferred from the federal return.

Everything went great except for the QBI Carry-over calculation that took an hour on the phone to resolve. Had to delete the K1 and re-enter it to resolve the phantom problem. First time I've ever encountered such an issue in 20 years. I tried the on-line help forums and chat bot. Was eventually referred to call a person and she was wonderful.
