Overall TurboTax is awesome and gets the work done

Turbo tax desktop has some UI design issues. Some of the blue scroll bars in forms menu are hidden behind the grey scroll bar. Also, major issue is with balance sheet that does not explain where to balance once you are in the guide me view after final balance sheet identifies an area with balancing. Overall Turbo tax is awesome and gets the work done with some assistance from the online help experts who are deeply knowledgeable and help resolve the errors.

TurboTax is so good they did not change it for 10y

State Tax is still not taken all information from previous years, calculation of COGS is tedious, forms have not changed for 10 years.

E-Filing availability

The e-filing process was not available after I completed my tax returns. There was no explanation why this was the case

I used your software for 8 years, before I will get the report, "Depreciation and Amortization Report" of Form 4562, but this year I can not get it from your software. Why do you change it?

Some problems withthe software.

Several forms were not explained, sch as Pass thru. I ran the error check and it said it found no erros, yet when i tried to file, it said errors were found. It did not provide an option to file my state taxes.
