Turbo Tax Business

All went well, easily understood and easy to follow instructions. I feel the return was done correctly. However I think it needs to be clearer which business form I need to fill out.

Need Oregon state return

Business version lacking import feature

TurboTax Business still does NOT provide the ability to import documents such as 1099s from various financial entities, something that the personal version (Deluxe) has had for many years now. Shameful omission for such an expensive product.

Scroll down credit card month issue

Leroy was very attentive and responsive with my T.T. issue. We were on the phone for over two hours he was extremely patient. He was given a task to clear up that challenged both of our patience. However, he stuck with me and I can't praise him to much.

Love all the Intuit tax preparation products, including this one TurboTax Business for Desktop -- been using them for decades (literally). Only gripe this year is after saving the final results as a PDF (using the All Worksheets option), when subsequently viewing the PDF document Acrobat throws an error saying "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem." I cannot detect any problem myself -- all the pages seem fine. But the error message is disconcerting and if there really is a problem then that is a pretty big "miss" from Intuit!
Ok after writing the comments above I now have a second complaint. In this feedback form (which is a web page, not part of the desktop software package), I am typing into a text box that has five buttons above it. The buttons are labeled Accuracy, Compatibility, Features, Interface, and Support. These buttons started off with white backgrounds like they were not "selected." But as I type the buttons kind of randomly change between highlighted and not. Each time they change state the web page / form loses several of the characters I am typing. This is VERY VERY VERY VERY annoying ... and it is such a bad issue that it took me about 10 minutes type out all this text, rather than the two minutes it should have required. Please change this form so it does not change what users enter. We do not need a spell-checker for this kind of feedback and we certainly do not need any kind of AI tool trying to suggest what we are trying to enter and/or "correct" what we just typed.

TURBO TAX BUSINESS SOFTWARE FOR TRUSTS

How is it possible that a multi-billion dollar company is not able to: 1) Offer Turbo Tax Business Desktop for Trusts with a MAC APPLE HARDWARE/SOFTWARE OPTION!!! 2) Offer the ability to be able to IMPORT FINANCIAL INFORMATION FROM MAJOR BROKERAGE FIRMS!!! EVERY TRUST IS HELD BY A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION SO YOU NEED THE ABILITY TO SIMPLY IMPORT THIS COMPLEX INFORMATION!!!
