Accrued Interest Paid, OIDs, Acquisition Premiums

The program needs to have specific interview questions and boxes to explicitly enter accrued interest paid on bond assets, as well as any OID and acquisition premiums. I had to enter a separate "1099" to cover these adjustments to interest income.

Doesn't transfer info from Quickbooks

I have used Quick Books and Turbo Tax now for over 25 years. When Quick books went online, it made it so much harder to transfer all the information, Next year I will have to look at some other ways to save money and still achieve the same out come,

Budiness edition never downloads

Each year there is always a problem downloading the business edition. I was charged for the program and followed all the prompts but I kept getting an error message and it would not download. I called the CS # which is a complete disaster. The auto menu never has an option for this issue. It directs you to a bunch of other options and then hangs up. I called back and had to yell and scream 'REPRESENTATIVE" until at last the voice said before I connect you slowly spell your name. I speak clear English. No matter how many times I spelled the name, they could not repeat it correctly. Not even close. But somehow, they still connected me to the rep pool. I had to wait 20 minutes and was finally connected to a live rep. She was very courteous and walked me through several navigations that did not work but she kept going and at long last the program was successfully downloaded. I have Windows 11 and have had no problems ever doing anything with my computer but this happens every year. Very frustrating. One other thing. I have to include a Form 8453-FE which I am asked to print out, sign, scan and then Turbo Tax attaches it to the return. But for some reason, the copy that goes with the return never has the signature from the scanned download. I haven’t had a problem with the IRS but I wonder why it does not show up. If it is a glitch in their system, they might as well just include the unsigned copy with the return

Solid easy to use

Have been using TurboTax for my LLC tax return for the past 10 year. I find it easy to use and like that it has my historical information so I don't have to repopulate the previous year's numbers. I also like that i can switch to Forms mode to see the actual forms.
