I've always used TurboTax. Last year I decided to try a top competitor product, and the UI experience was horrendous. It made me miss the deadline, and I had to pay a fine. Needless to say, I'm back to TurboTax this year, and I love it. It has even improved since the last time I used it. Simple, easy, and effective!
