Turbo Tax Has no contact for errors in software

Turbo Tax has an issue with attaching a 592-B withholding to form 565 so you can report a refund from the state of California.

The las representative named Emanuel was Outstanding he was very patient took his time to look over my return and explain to me how to correct the errors that were coming up I am very thankful and for that reason i would recommend TurboTax.

State add-ons are sold with incomplete description

I would rank this higher except for the handling of state returns as an add on. I purchased the state return add-on because information on my state department of revenue page indicated it was a valid source for e-filing of my state business return. When I was selecting the purchase from TurboTax, there was no indication in the state return product information that it TurboTax would not, in fact, e-file my state return. It was only after I had paid for the product and was ready to file that I found out that I could not e-file. The Kansas state return is not complicated enough for the add on charge for the state return if e-filing is not available. This limitation should have been clearly stated BEFORE purchase so I could make an informed purchasing decision!

Just keeps getting worse

The product quality continues to get worse. All of these later, you still don't provide a QuickBooks online import. The form availability is greatly delayed. Overall, I'm finally going to move to other products. Thanks for the nudge away from Intuit.

TurboTax Business Makes Taxes Easy

TurboTax Business has taken the stress out of tax season for me. The interface is clean, intuitive, and incredibly easy to follow. I experienced no compatibility issues and built-in support was adequate for me. Even the more complicated business forms felt manageable thanks to the clear, step‑by‑step guidance. Entering financials as I went along and reviewing everything at the end is smooth and straightforward.
