Turbo Tax is somewhat clunky

It's great if you have a VERY VERY straight forward tax situation. Once you deviate from the beaten path, it becomes harder to use and understand.

Late update - nebulous error message

Until today, unable to file CT return because some form, not identified, was not yet updated.
Today's update now allows it to be filed by paper instead of E-file.
It wouldn't have been so bad if the error message was a bit more descriptive.

TurboTax Business does the job.

This works great for filing for our family trust. To make this a 5 star rating, it would be great to have the ability to import 1099 information.

Deceptive Intuit ads, difficult to negotiate, unable to transfer data from online Quickbooks to Turbo Tax. Any interaction with the subcontractors is pleasant. Ungraded Quickbooks is tpp loaded with promotional itmes. It's like singing to the choir.

Turbotax works. Barely, but it gets the job done. It would be nice if the business software ran on Macs. I end up needing a PC every 6 or 7 years just to do taxes. Also, there is a lot of manual entry required, but at least you can overwrite where needed.
