Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for our personal and business tax return preparation for over 30 years (14 years for our business; over 30 years for our personal taxes). I have not had any issues with the multiple states we lived in during our 28 year military career, our federal returns or our business returns. It is a great product.

I got better help with my browser AI. The software didn't carry over the previous year balance sheet. It added extra items.

It's fine. It's a bit insane that they discount the desktop version instead of just making a decent and more affordable online version for business filings. Frustrations include having to update the software literally every time I used it in the past three days to complete our taxes and file. It was fine, but that's the best I can say.

Mostly helpful for 1041 filing

It's not as easy as the online version with its live chat function (which I couldn't use for an estate return 1041), and some areas I couldn't find good explanations for, but mostly it is satisfactory and I would use it again.
