Hard to Understand

Instructions not clear. Even the instructions to leave a review are unclear. There was no way to see an overview of the forms because everything was focused on a few lines on a worksheet which meant there were no visual clues on how one line related to the next or even how a worksheet related to the overall tax form. The AI generated topics tried to guess what my problems was and decided my problem was 'interface', so I'll give them a hint. It's support. The support is obscure.

Crappy interface and UI.

As a 35 year expert in UX web design, I have to say TurboTax's UX/UI has a horribly outdated interface and UI. Tiny screens that do not accommodate high res displays. Non-windows style file manager, e.g., saving or printing pdfs in PC. As soon as I get my AI running on my local computer, I will not buy TurboTax again, unless they fix the UI/UX. It would be way easier to automate completing all of the tax forms in PDF format via Claude.
