Not that Good this year

I'm giving Turbo Tax Business a 3 Star this year, some things changed around Mult-Members LLC and Partnership Profit, Loss, and Capital percentages, this was not easy to access and correct this year. The support for this has fallen off, unelss you pay a lot of money for support. It's your application, why do I have to pay for something twice, and have to pay for you to help me an issue that I didn't create. It was much harder this year to finish my taxes

I've been using TurboTax since 2018, and I appreciate the step-by-step walk-throughs to complete my taxes with confidence.

Turbo Tax - Error with NC bus returns
on February 28, 2026

We ran into a road block for the second year which prevented us from being able to file our state taxes electronically. The error was Form 403D - Section 2 - special apportionment section. It wants us to check a box but we don't belong to the specialized category or industry (e.g. we are not a bank, railroad, or wholesale distributor)

Desktop Problems

I have always used the desk top version of TT Business and was able to talk to a tax adviser and this year this was not possible. I was told to schedule an on-line video meeting which I did and the tax adviser never showed up for the meeting - 3 times with 3 different advisers - and no one ever called me to tell me what the issue might be. When I finally was able to get an answer with regards to my question and finish filing my taxes I was not able to see all of the Schedule K-1 attachments - the 1120S was not in the preview - and it appears there is an error that I will have to meet with an accountant after tax season to see how we can fix. It will not affect any taxable income.

TurboTax CT forms arelacking

Federal product is fine, no issues. State Product (CT 1065 return) was a waste of money that wasn't able to be used. Specifically, the software doesn't seem to support the CT-PET filing which required me to use CT's online portal to file the return in lieu of Turbotax.

TurboTax is OK, but spent hours on work around

I'm a professional trader and needed to use form 4797 to report my trading profit / loss as ordinary income. However, after hours of seemingly being forced to tie depreciation to the profit / loss, I gave up and just used "Other Income" to convey my ordinary income through trading. Can't you guys put a "no depreciation" option in there so professional traders can correctly report their profit / loss.
