Turbotax Business Declining in Its Appeal

Turbotax Business software continues to decline in its appeal as an easy to use tax package for tax matter reps of multi-member LLCs. The North Carolina package also appears to be getting more complicated. .Another negative is only making it available to Windows 11 users and limiting purchase options to download.

pretty easy, except it should tell you to enter the depreciaton to your books before you say asset total and if you dispose an asset and calculate loss/gain, you should give an adjusting journal entry

Turbo Tax Business needs import capability.

You should allow importation of forms (e.g. 1099-b, 1099-div, etc) in the business application like you do in other versions of your tax software.

What does this mean

Used the product for about 10 years now. The suggested business expense catagories changed this year from previous years, and I had to reformat my worksheets for data entry. Now this inconsistant labling of expense items will make history comparing difficult. Either keep it consistant OR give us the ability to create our own expense item descriptions.

Turbo tax is well done.

Overall it was good but you need to fix the bug where entering ZZ under box 13 doesn't show up in the individual K-1s.
