Your software crashes

You forced everyone to switch to Windows 11 because your app won't run on Windows 10. But your 2025 software crashes on a Windows 11 computer. Are you trying to make everyone use your online version? So our private information is in YOUR hands? Time to change to another tax preparation app!

TurboTax has missing pages i saved pdf file

TurboTax turned a simple printing of my return into a 8 hours of wasted time. The first page of my return was fine, then the next 6 pages were blank, then rest were fine. problem is I need those 6 pages.

Great Interface and Support

Interface and Support are great. !st time doing Corp taxes, but i have used Turbotax for personal for decades. Same intuitive interface. I did call Cust support, since it was my first Corp tax, for some guidance on completing some sections. The rep was patient and took time to walk me thru. Great experience.

TurboTax Windows 11 Issue Resolved

I had problems with TurboTax Business after a recent Windows 11 update. The symptom was when I filed our LLC return TurboTax Business app crashed during the efiling step. Then I couldn't get back into the app (it would just crashed). After rebooting, reinstalling and trying everything I could think of I finally had to call Intuit. The person on the phone was very helpful. The workaround was to right click the app and Run as Administrator which allowed it to work again.
