Too difficult to attach signature page to windows on a mac computer. Never could find the page.

Turbo Tax is declining in the value offered.

I found this years Business version more frustrating. The program generated a erroneous entry on the foriegn Tax credit form that would not let my form efile.

Easy to use and comprehend.
Support wasn't exactly the easiest to access, but it only took me a few minutes to find. The online portal seems to be more user friendly.

Not sure I did not pay for state return twice because not available first time I tried to download. Buying desktop version is ridiculously hard. Loops and sign in between Turbo Tax and Intuit sites is horrible. 25 year INTUIT customer of tax software, quicken and quickbooks and it still takes me hours to find online purchase and download of TURBO TAX DESKTOP version. HORRIBLE every year since I moved to TurboTax.

TurboTax is essential

I've been using TurboTax for years for what was at one time seven LLC's. Now we're down to one and I could not deal with the complicated code on my own. I appreciate all of the suggested topics; although I have not needed live support. This year the interface was better than ever!
